Your start date of couldn't come soon enough, and we're excited to introduce you to our vibrant and dynamic workplace.
We strive to create an unforgettable experience for our guests through exceptional service, delicious food and drinks, and a warm, welcoming ambiance. We believe that you will embrace our values and enhance our team with your unique skills and talents.
To ensure a seamless transition into your new role, we have planned an onboarding program designed to familiarise you with our work environment, culture, and policies. During your first week, you will have the opportunity to meet with key team members, including your mentor and fellow colleagues, who will be happy to guide and support you as you settle in.
To get you started, we have prepared an orientation package that includes information about our company's history, and useful resources such as our employee handbook. We kindly ask you to review these materials prior to your first day, as they will provide a comprehensive introduction to our organisation.
On your first day, plan to arrive in plenty of time for your allocated shift. You will be greeted by your mentor.
During your initial days, we will focus on acquainting you with our daily operations, introducing you to your team members, and providing you with any necessary training. You will have the opportunity to shadow experienced colleagues, ask questions, and familiarise yourself with our procedures and protocols.
We understand that everyone comes with a unique skill set, and we will work closely with you to create a tailored training plan that allows you to shine in your new role.
