We’re looking forward to welcoming you to The Coast. Now that you’ve accepted your offer, please submit your details below so we can set up your employment and help you prepare for your first day.
Before you start
Once we’ve processed your details, you’ll be invited to AllGravy, our employee app.
AllGravy is where you’ll find your employee Handbook, important company information and the Academy learning assigned to you as part of your induction.
Please activate your account when you receive your invitation and work through the learning assigned to you. Some training may be completed before you start and some will form part of your induction once you join the team.
Your practical induction
On your first day, arrive in plenty of time for your allocated shift. A member of the management team will welcome you, introduce you to the team and get your practical induction underway.
Your induction combines practical, on-the-job training with the learning assigned to you through AllGravy. You’ll have the opportunity to shadow experienced colleagues, ask questions and build confidence in the standards and procedures relevant to your role.
